Description of the Service
The Service provides you with the ability to buy goods or services now and pay for them later. We provide you with a credit to cover the cost of the goods or services, and you repay the amount in instalments over a set period of time.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old, a valid ID, BVN and have a valid bank account that we accept. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Credit Agreement
When you use the Service, you are entering into a loan agreement with us. The terms of the credit agreement will be provided to you when you sign up for the Service, and you must agree to those terms before you can use the Service. The credit agreement will include information about the credit amount and repayment schedule.
Payment
You agree to make all payments on time and in the amounts specified in the agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in account termination and retrival of products or service. If you default on the payment, we may report your delinquency to appropriate financial authorities.
